With Moji and a team of enthusiastic Smilers, the Director puts his subjects through a series of happiness experiments, monitoring their scores as they go. Colour therapy, happy memories, exercise and endorphins unfold through aerial circus, physical theatre and dance - all in pursuit of 100% cheery.
